The most appropriate system is selected with each client based on the project’s design, location, budget, and performance requirements. We can also coordinate with trusted construction partners experienced in the selected building method.

The preliminary design phase typically spans approximately six weeks, followed by technical documentation and permit preparation stages.
Can changes be made during the process?
Yes. Revisions are included throughout the defined design stages. Significant changes after design finalization may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Do you assist during the permit review process?
Yes. We coordinate the architectural, MEP, and structural documentation for the client to submit to the city. During permit review, we address the city’s comments and make the necessary revisions to the project documentation.
